With decades of experience in the energy industry - from commodity procurement, energy efficiency upgrades, to metering services, we found ourselves unable to visit buildings because of the 2020 pandemic closures. So, we started RightOnEnergy as a 100% remote way to save our customers money. We had great timing - customers were confused by rapidly changing prices, changes in usage profiles from stay-at-home orders, and a return of a Tiered pricing option in Ontario.

We are focused on Ontario multi-unit residential because they uniquely have the most options vs other customer segments. The options create savings opportunities that have historically gone underutilized because of the market complexity. That complexity increased in May 2023 when Ontario introduced new Ultra-Low Time-of-Use pricing - multi-unit residential will now have four options to choose from.
